Terms and Conditions for Liberty Outlet Store

Liberty Garden Products is happy to announce Liberty Outlet, an online store independent of our existing sales and distribution centers. The primary purpose of this store is to offer our valuable customers a chance to buy close-out, excess or scratch and dent products at a greatly reduced rate.

All products have been inspected and include all parts. These products have not been used! Dents and paint scratches usually occurred from shipping or transit.

Products purchased from the Outlet Store have special terms and conditions. Please read terms and conditions before purchasing:

Terms and Conditions for the Liberty Outlet Store:

1. No returns or refunds are accepted on products purchased from the Liberty Outlet Store.
2. Products will have a 60 Day warranty from date of purchase to cover missing or defective parts.
   a. Scratches, dents, rust or discoloration are not considered defects with these products and are not covered under this warranty.
   b. Products are inspected before shipping to customer.
3. These terms apply only to the original purchaser from the Outlet Store.
4. All sales are final.
